PORK FRONT FEET

     Pig front feet refer to the feet (hoofs) and calves of pigs. It is also called "Yuan Hooves" in China. In the Chinese communities, pig front feet are one of the most commonly eaten parts, and there are many different cooking styles for these parts. Pig front feet are rich in collagen protein and lower in fat than fatty meat.
